Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
• The item must be unused and undamaged.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging wherever possible.
• All accessories, instructions and labels must be included.
• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns that are sent without sufficient postage.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Refund Information
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Processing may take up to 14 working days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

• Photos of the affected item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering either a replacement item or a refund.
