Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.)

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day:

• On which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together.

• On which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item, where you ordered multiple goods under one order and they are delivered separately.

• On which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the final instalment or piece, where the goods are delivered in several instalments or pieces.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of purchase but delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.

• Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts relating to:

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

• Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software once the seal has been removed after delivery.
