1. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs are £2.95 per order. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
2. How long do processing and delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Delivery time: 6–14 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please note that in exceptional circumstances, such as high order volumes, public holidays or external shipping delays, delivery may take longer.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
In addition, where stated, we offer a voluntary return period of up to 30 days after receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused.
• The item is in its original condition.
• The original packaging is included.

7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days using your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
